An AI assistant for your PC
Most AI assistants live in a browser or on a phone. Talkie lives on your Windows PC: say “Hey Talkie” and it gets things done right on your computer.
What an AI assistant on your PC can do
A chatbot answers questions. An assistant on your PC acts: Talkie opens apps and websites, switches windows, types, takes screenshots, sets the volume and finds files. On top of that: timers, reminders, calendar and to-dos.
Talkie has 98 tools in total – from timers to a live interpreter. The language model picks the right one for every request.
Why local instead of cloud
The language model, speech recognition and voice run on your PC. Your conversations never go to a cloud AI service. Talkie only uses the internet for things like weather, news or web search – and you can switch off each of these services individually.
What your PC needs
Windows 10 or 11, a microphone and speakers, about 18 GB of disk space. With an NVIDIA graphics card (12 GB of video memory) Talkie answers fastest and with a natural voice. Without an NVIDIA card it runs on the processor – slower, but it runs. The free PC check tells you before you buy.
